Katie has over 14 years experience helping plaintiffs. She works primarily for T.J. Preuss and also provides support for other members of the firm. Katie completed her Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies with an emphasis in personal injury from Kaplan University. Katie joined Preuss Foster in 2018.
Katie uses her considerable multitasking skills and customer service experience by providing detailed support to the attorneys and her clients. From complex litigation cases to simpler car accidents, she is involved from beginning to end. Katie assists clients by providing regular contact and updates, managing the discovery process, maintaining the case calendar and deadlines, and drafting pleadings and letters. She also maintains all document production and the client case file, and is integral in preparing for mediations, hearings and trials. Katie also works behind the scenes to make sure the firm is running smoothly.
Katie enjoys reading, crafting and volunteering in her community. Katie, a true Kansas City native, lives in Kearney with her husband, daughter and two rescue dogs.
