Carolina joined Preuss | Foster in March 2023. Carolina is bilingual, and is fluent in Spanish and English. Carolina’s legal career has been focused on providing services for the Spanish-speaking Community. She works diligently with each client to ensure they have equal access to the judicial system.
Since moving to Kansas City more than a decade ago, Carolina has been involved in different organizations. Carolina worked with the Mexican Consulate in KC to keep citizens informed by collaborating with other agencies and providing educational activities. Carolina assisted in providing consular protection and assistance with immigration, human rights, emergencies, educational opportunities, health guidance, criminal, administrative work, and family matters.
Carolina also volunteers with Sisters Servant of Mary, the Girls Scouts KC and has been active in different associations like Guadalupe Center and El Centro. After working with the Mexican Consulate in KC and seeing how underrepresented the Hispanic community is in Kansas City, she transitioned from 20 years of business experience of growing and managing businesses to assist the Hispanic community. Over the last decade, Carolina has worked one on one with thousands of clients to ensure they have access to the legal system and are compensated fully for their damages.
Carolina is committed to providing the best legal services to Preuss | Foster clients. Carolina approaches each case with a positive attitude and uses her diverse background and experiences to provide the best service to each client. In her free time, Carolina is always planning for the next trip around the world and to learn about other cultures. She also loves to cook and take care of her family.
