Andrew Clark is the newest addition to the team at Preuss | Foster. He first joined the firm in January 2024 as a law clerk, while attending the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law. During law school, Andrew built a strong foundation in civil litigation – earning the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Class Actions and Multidistrict Litigation and gaining hands on experience at a Denver based personal injury firm before joining Preuss | Foster. He is also a recent graduate of the Ross T. Roberts Trial Academy, a nine-month program where he received in-depth training in every phase of trial practice – learning directly from some of Kansas City’s most experienced litigators and judges through lectures, live exercises, and detailed feedback. Andrew has played an active role in all phases of civil litigation, from pre-suit investigation and settlement discussions to discovery and trial preparation.
Andrew knew early on that he wanted to pursue a career in personal injury litigation because of the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. He understands that behind every case is a person with a unique story. Andrew takes the time to understand each client’s experience and works diligently to achieve the best possible outcome – whether in early settlement talks or in the courtroom. He is proud to begin his legal career at Preuss | Foster and looks forward to advocating for those who need it most.
